I love to paint oils on stretched canvas. I have been inspired by the Impressionist painters ... Vincent Van Gogh, Claude Monet, Paul Cezanne, Pisarro and Seaurat. A little of each appears in my work. I paint from places I have been and people I have seen. I enjoy painting landscapes and figurative studies. I sometimes paint larger works on a gallery-wrap canvas, these canvases work well with or without a frame. I recently have painted a series of 36"x36" beach and marsh paintings. They can be found under "Squares" below. I am available for commission painting assignments. I also offer a wide selection of matted prints and giclée prints on canvas.
