Haybale

I love painting haybales. At an art show in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I had a 60-year old man start crying while looking at one of my Haybale paintings. He had grown up on a farm. As a young man he often spent everyday at 5:00am starting the day with chores, before he school. Many times he was stacking smaller hay bales. His family had sold the farm long ago and he had moved to the city. He took everything with him except his well-worn memories. He ended up buying all four of my Haybale paintings.
